first paper down. still got 4 more papers to go. today's paper was ok la. hope i can score well. think this is the paper that i got the most confidence one. haha.. cos it's the only paper that u no need to study much but also can score one. the other 4 papers... ugh... must study hard..

ohh was reading on shoufu's blog that Faith is a good leader. i've been thinking about what makes a good youth cell leader for quite some time, and i've asked a couple of you out there on your opinions too.

i'd like you guys to comment/tag here on what qualities do you think a good youth cell leader should possess? what are the things that a good youth cell leader should be doing? what is the main role that the youth cell leader should be playing as? what about the interns? for those in my church, maybe you'd like to comment on what changes can be made to our current cell structure, how cell can be improved, etc, etc. if u shy, dun wan to comment/tag here, can email me also. hope to hear from all of you, so that we can all learn, and try to make cell a better one. =)
