2nd-hand DSLR?

hmm... since i got no money for a 1st-hand DSLR, y not get a 2nd-hand? mebbe a 2nd-hand D50? less than $1000 can find ba? i just need the body lo, i got my lens n flash already, though my lens are cannot make it one.

i now join 2 publication sub-committees lo. if got own DSLR will be damn nice. hmm...where to find lobang leh? who got lobang? 2nd-hand D50? think D70 2nd-hand still too ex for me. LoL~

wenyan, help me source for 2nd-hand D50 la. will have your benefits when i get it one.

NTU 50th Anniversary and up close with F.I.R

wahahaha... so shuang. very long no take photos liao, today take until shuang man. really is shuang. though the quality of photos mebbe not tat gd la, but i just love DSLR. just shoot n shoot n shoot. now i'm really contemplating to get a DSLR...

k anyway, today is NTU 50th anniversary. i'm in CAC publications sub-comm, so i was assigned to cover the event as photographer. at first nothing much lo... then when performances start, then i start to feel like a photographer liao.. got so many other photographers around. quite a few press photographers too. trying to fight with them to get a gd angle is quite fun. LoL~

the highlight of the celebrations is F.I.R concert. wow! didnt know they were coming prior to the celebrations lo. wa this is really shiok man. they're really gd. it's even better when i can get to be in front(u cant get any closer than the media pple liao). can get the full blast of the music and see them up close. yeah... faye is really pretty. took many many photos of them. again, DSLR, just shoot. shuangz. mebbe i'll try to post some up here later.

i got my laptop!

yay! i finally got my laptop on monday!! i'm sooo happy. now no need to always go to access lab to use comp liao, and i can install the apps i often use. and of cos, i can dota! ok...think for the past few days been playing too much n study too little.. hmm... must change.. must change...

anyway, not a very gd experience playing games on my T43. pretty laggy at times. sometimes it get real bad. n i do really mean very bad. is like i use lion, and everytime i impale, it lags. so i cant get any kills, cos they run away. but tatz still alright... the worst is i impale, lag for so long, that the next thing i know, i'm dead... oh...how it pisses me off... nvm... mebbe it's telling me not to play too much... Thank you God for reminding me. i really must not let games affect me.

tmr got auditions for the jcrc cultural clubs. i shd be going for dance and jam band. but actually i prefer to join cac jam band, cos they like more pro, and they got proper drum set. but whether i can get in anot is still a problem. mebbe go hall jam band see how first. and i got the job for cac publication photographer le. next monday got event to cover liao. but haven hear news of my WSC media n IT.

hmm...it's pretty late...mebbe i shd sleep... but according to hall timings, 1am is early to sleep. i'm really astonished by how some of the hall residents can manage without sleep. it's like they are still awake at 4am, and next morning at 8+ u see them, and they're still so alert and active. don't they ever sleep?

Happy 40th Birthday Singapore!

Happy National Day! yay~ tat means a public holiday! ok...though i got no lessons tmr anyway... but it means tat i'm coming to the end of the 40-day fasting n prayer too. though didnt fast for all 40 days, but at least got fast for 30 days la. hope to see revival in SG!

ok..so life in ntu isnt tat bad. i still waiting to get my T43 laptop. then i will install all the games n... wahahahah.... no la not gonna play all day long la. still need to study one. ya talking bout studies...wa now i abit stress bout econs man. lecturer CMI liao, tutor today also stun me ah. tutorial qn he like duno how to do lo. siao liaoz. lucky i bought the textbook le. must study myself liao.

so last week we had IWG(inter wing games). my wing won bball(yay!), though is all the seniors effort. our sister wing won volleyball(all thanks to beisi. yeah she's damn pro) and forget wat liao. this week having galaga(street soccer...duno y call galaga...hmm...). but think we wont win one la. other wings very strong in soccer one.

oh and hanwei moved into my room on tuesday(clap clap). after so much trouble, he has finally moved in. i'm happy too, cos i wont need to fear tat some heavy-smoking person will move in.

just started to play maple again. realised there are 2 servers. think shoufu yuntian they all are at aquila server... but at first i duno n went to bootes(got less pple ma...haha). well nvm, i created 2 characters le. one intended for mage and the other for assasin. very heng tat got the stats i want quite fast, compared to last time i spent 15 mins to get 4,4 for str n dex. my mage got 4,4 for str n dex; assasin got 4,4 for str n int. haha... n i heng heng got a 4,4 for int n luk too, so i just created another character. reserve for warrior. now the problem is to have to start leveling all over again... sianz... anyone out there willing to help me lvl??
